LEGO Ideas: Cloud City Play Set

While LEGO isn’t accepting any more Ideas proposals for any of the IPs that they have already licensed, we wanted to highlight this Cloud City play set, built at MicroFighter-scale, because it is so inventive.

Unlike many Ideas pitches this hasn’t been mocked up with a CAD package but is actual (ABS) bricks and mortar. And while it is compact and bijou – the set includes all the iconic Cloud City locations – it uses space well and circles around the gantry where Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader had their famous father and son face off.
