The last time The Holo-Brick Archives looked into Yoda’s crystal ball was way back in June, and it was a simple vision of what we could expect in the coming two months. Now, however, the Force has given us clairvoyance enough to peer into the early months of 2021.
Compiling various forum threads, rumors and tip-offs, we have been able to build up a pretty good picture of what will be coming out in the Winter Wave due in January.

The most crucial piece of information that we have received indicates that the System subtheme will be undergoing a revamp, with sets being marginally smaller and not enjoying as much detail as we have become used to. While it isn’t a full regression, it is a “back to basics” approach that is believed to be driven by cost reduction and improving value for money.
While we know that not every detail we have received is likely to be 100% accurate, we have enough confidence in this information that we’ve updated the 2021 section of our LEGO Star Wars set library.
As a precautionary note, it has to be said that none of this is confirmed until LEGO makes it official.
