If, for the past three months, you missed out on the upsetting delay to the release of LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga then you’re probably a bit confused by the increase in press attention the game has been getting these last few weeks.
The subtle rekindling of our consideration began with an article in the Official Playstation Magazine in the UK that highlighted a few development updates that Traveller’s Tales Games were able to share in the first legitimate communique in the last five months.
And now Arthur Parsons, (Head of Design at Traveller’s Tales) and Jonathan Smith (Head of Production and Strategic Director) have gone on the Bits N’ Bricks podcast, the official LEGO podcast that is currently celebrating 25th years of LEGO video games, to share their memories and provide a progress update on LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga.
Buried in the hour-long podcast, where the pair reflects on the numerous LEGO video game titles that Traveller’s Tales has released since the first game in 2005, is a seven-minute discussion on the delay to the game we are all waiting for.
Don’t expect any explanations why the release of LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga has been pushed back so far, nor any revelations about when you can buy it though. There’s plenty of hype to build up your anticipation – making the wait even harder!
