The Oevvaor jet catamaran aka Wookiee catamaran was an airspeeder handcrafted from the wood of the wroshyr trees of Kashyyyk. Although it wasn’t built for combat, the Wookiees had to use what they had when the Droid army began its invasion. This set has only ever been created in System scale with set 7260.

Mini Review
This is another great vehicle that LEGO has not produced at this size. It is immediately recognizable and fits in perfectly with the other minikits. It has a surprisingly low part count for its size thanks to the large inverted wedges used for the hulls. The most difficult portion was determining the best way to build it physically. The in-game model uses reddish brown parts which would align with the official System set that was released. However, the wedges have never been officially made in this color so dark brown was chosen since it is the next closest option. The difficulty with this choice is that the 2×2 plate has not been made in dark brown. Occasionally non-production elements – parts that are usually used for Legoland model builders – wind up on the secondary market which is how we were able to obtain the dark brown plate for the build. There are still a couple available on Bricklink, but the price is high. An alternative would be to use a different combination of parts to try and capture the look.
