Despite being defeated by the New Republic at the Battle of Jakku, those systems still holding out for the Galactic Empire – known as the Imperial Remnant – make use of surplus war materiel like the TIE Fighter, which is behind day 12’s door.
Being the very first LEGO Star Wars mini-scale model, this is the sixth version of the Empire’s go-to space superiority fighter, and at 11 pieces is the second smallest model (tieing with yesterday’s Tusken Raider’s Weapon Rack) in this year’s Advent calendar.
