Influencer GNK Power Droid Puzzle Box Discovered

After years of delay and months of hype and anticipation, fans of LEGO Star Wars video games are less than a week away from the release of The Skywalker Saga – and to make sure that the game gets as much favorable coverage as possible someone thought that an exclusive present – given only to those with the right kind of voice – would be the best way to impress fans.

Inside and encased in a form-fitting block of foam is a brick-built GNK Power Droid with a pamphlet tucked down the side. The pamphlet reveals that the model, made by Matija Pužar (a LEGO certified professional from Norway) is in fact a puzzle box that can only be opened – and the exclusive Luke Skywalker with Blue Milk minifigure contained within removed – by moving bricks and turning knobs in a particular sequence.

The included pamphlet contains instructions for those who haven’t got the skill or patience to do it themselves, and also provides a link to the LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga promotional assets which – helpfully – includes two videos on how to open and close this contraption.

Hopefully, someone will use this to reverse engineer this model for the rest of us to enjoy.

An undisclosed number of influencers received this heavily swaddled package containing a simple and elegant black slipcase box with nothing but the LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga logo on it, and a subtle reminder that it’s not for resale (yeah, sure – that’ll stop them from appearing on eBay in a couple of weeks).
