It might not be the most popular – or populated – subtheme in the LEGO Star Wars gallery, but BrickHeadz is about to turn 150 sets old and the LEGO Ideas team want your help pick the theme for this milestone event!
In a poll running on the LEGO Ideas platform, visitors have the choice between Minecraft, Star Wars, Lilo & Stich and Jaws – with the last two being new properties in the LEGO house.
Participants need to have an account at LEGO to access the polling page but once there you’ll be able to choose from the above options and then asked what character you are nominating.
All votes must be cast before December 3, 2020 at 10:00 am CEST/4:00 am EST.
Ever since they debuted in 2016, BrickHeadz (a LEGO theme in its own right) has been considered the blocky equivalent of Funk POPS! vinyl figurines, and while they can’t compare in numbers – 128 vs 750 – the LEGO Ideas and BrickHeadz teams are working together to mark the 150th addition.
Given that LEGO releases an average of thirteen BrickHeadz a year, the 150th one is expected to be released at the start of 2022.
