Blast From The Past: Fan Makes LEGO Star Wars Comic Book Omnibus

In the normal scheme of things, when a LEGO community member puts their skills and imagination to good use the general outcome is an inspiring build, a cool printed t-shirt or a custom minifigure.

It’s not often that someone goes to the effort of curating all the Star Wars comics that appeared in the various LEGO Mania/Magazine/Club/Brickmaster/Life publications since 1999, so it will come as a surprise that one fan has done exactly that – and has even gone so far as to design a Legends-style cover!

Complied by the secretive bogusfrank, the task of putting this together has been a long journey.

I set out to work on this awhile back, but I think it’s finally done. I’ve compiled all of the known Lego Star Wars Magazine Comics into one omnibus. These are all of the comics that have appeared in the 4 versions of the Lego Magazine (Lego Mania, Lego Magazine, Lego Club, and Lego Life).

I’ve also included the 3 comic stories that appeared in The Yoda Chronicles issues that were included in mail order copies of the lego magazine. The first issue was exclusive to Comic-Con, so that one was a little tricky to track down.

I don’t believe I’ve missed any issues of the Lego magazine comics, but please let me know if you have any others.

This (tested) +370 mb CBZ file can be downloaded from Mega.nz and viewed using a comic book reader that fits your OS.

If you are keen to find out what the CLUBcodes that appear at the end of some of the stories reveal, just visit LEGO.com (via WayBack Machine) and brace yourself for a blast from the past! Note that some of the features – like the QuickTime and Flash movies – no longer work.
