Just over a month ago we announced this year’s LEGO Star Wars Special would be focused on a different holiday, and while the initial news held only a few details, the official trailer was released today which gives us more insight!
We will do a full breakdown after the Special aires, but let’s take a quick look at two of the highlights from the 1 minute and 58 second long video.
The first is the full look at the Knights of Ren. We see the six known members – Ap’lek, Cardo, Kuruk, Trudgen, Ushar, and Vicrul – but we also meet two new individuals! The first is a young Ben Solo in the moment that he becomes Kylo Ren, and the second is Ren the original leader of the Knights. Ren would make a fantastic exclusive minifigure!
The second is a group that some fans may not recognize – The Nightsisters. The Witches of Dathomir are responsible for the healing of Darth Maul after his demise on Naboo and play a role in numerous episodes of The Clone Wars animated series. We catch a look at three Nightsisters in the trailer!
