With the rumor of a Captain Vaughn being included with this set, Prequel Trilogy fans were ready to be disappointed. If you thought that the 332nd Battle Pack would be the worst of the wave, then you’d be wrong. While the Starfighter itself is an upgrade from the 75168 Yoda’s Jedi Starfighter released in 2017, the rest of the set is a letdown. At least Yoda gets a slightly different torso print to make up for it.

The most exciting reveal of the summer wave (and personally as a minifigure collector the most exciting of the year so far) is the Yavin 4 Rebel Base. The set is packed with new minifigs and comes with a nice playset-style build. The midi-scale Y-wing is a unique inclusion as well and, following the release of 75356 Executor Super Star Destroyer, suggests that this size of build may be here to stay for a bit.
