It was a year of many firsts for the LEGO Star Wars theme: debuting at New York Comic-Con, the first BrickHeadz set in the Star Wars theme is unveiled and was followed by three more additions to the subtheme, as well as the first Buildable Figure on a vehicle. The large scale buildable Sculpture subtheme was added to the LEGO Star Wars repertoire, and small-scale buildable characters made appearances at free building events throughout 2017.
