Originally launched as LEGO Writing, and a subtheme of the Office & School Supplies, the earliest assortment was produced by The CDM Company – who were the first third-party LEGO licensee to expand the Star Wars theme. The line eventually became a Star Wars subtheme in its own right and has grown from pens to include all kinds of writing supplies.
