With the debut of The Bad Batch having aired on May 4th, it was only a matter of time before the official reveal (and the quelling of all the rumors and leaked images) occurred, and thanks to the official announcement and the most recent episode of This Week! in Star Wars, we can now fully appreciate this upcoming addition to the LEGO Star Wars theme.
Hosted by Kristin Baver, who also serves as the associate editor for Lucasfilm’s official StarWars.com website, the YouTube video reveals all kinds of Star Wars news – including 75314 The Bad Batch Attack Shuttle which has just been added to LEGO.com – at the 2:14 mark.
Eschewing the standard gray colorway, LEGO has chosen sand-blue as the ship’s primary color, as well as a splash of lime green, making this a set that will really stand out. Curiously though, LEGO has opted not to give the set it’s proper title – Havoc Marauder – but has used a more generic name instead.
In the new series, the Attack Shuttle is piloted by a group of elite clones known as the Bad Batch (Tech, Echo, Hunter, Wrecker and Crosshair) and each member has been recreated as a LEGO minifigure in the 969-piece construction set.
The Attack Shuttle construction set also comes with two land speeders, allowing children and fans to recreate thrilling scenes from the new animated series. The model features awesome details to help Star Wars and LEGO fans alike play out their own missions, with weapon storage in the cabin, foldable wings and spring-loaded shooters.

Commenting on the new set, Jens Kronvold Frederiksen, Creative Lead of LEGO Star Wars at the LEGO Group said: “I’m thrilled that we can finally reveal this great new model that celebrates the launch of the new animated series. Star Wars: The Bad Batch characters are so unique and deserve an awesome ride, which they definitely got in the Attack Shuttle. We hope it inspires many young fans to relive their favorite scenes from the new series, as well as to come up with their own storylines.”
Details like the posters in the shuttle’s crew quarters and the two speeder bikes are yet to be revealed. “We know that the speeders will be seen in the show, however, we do not know exactly in which context they will be seen. I guess we will have to wait and see like everybody else.” says the LEGO Star Wars team’s creative director, Jens Kronvold Frederiksen while graphic designer Madison O’Neil shares that “decorations are actually posters that the Bad Batch have hung on the walls of their ship. The designs are taken directly from the show.”
LEGO Star Wars fans have been aware for a few weeks that this was getting revealed but were taken by surprise when the announcement came with the chance to pre-order it.
Currently the 75314 The Bad Batch Attack Shuttle, which has an August 1st 2021 shelf date, is only available to LEGO.com customers in the United States ($99.99) and Canada ($139.99) so European and Australia-Pacific shoppers will have to wait a bit longer before they can get their pre-orders in.
