Mini Review
Until earlier this year this ship had never officially been released at this scale which makes this minikit all the more interesting. It is an incredibly well-designed build both for the time and for the fact that it is an original model. The minikit build is enjoyable and goes together easily. With the wings fully extended it an impressive little ship! The downside to the model is its use of a couple of expensive parts. The dark red hinge element only appeared in one set – 7113 Tusken Raider Encounter – and the set only included one of them. This means you will be playing at least a couple of dollars to acquire them and most likely will have to buy from two sellers. The dark red brackets which weren’t released until 2019 only come in a few sets, but there is sufficient quantity on Bricklink to keep the price reasonable.
