Desperate to escape his life of servitude, a young Han Solo finds adventure when he joins forces with a gang of galactic smugglers and a young Wookiee named Chewbacca. Accidentally foiling a heist for one of the galaxy's most valuable commodities - coaxium - the gang finds themselves indebted to the gangster Dryden Vos which leads to a daring plan to travel to Kessel and steal more. In need of a fast ship, Solo meets Lando Calrissian, the suave owner of the Millennium Falcon, and convinces him to come along on their grand escapade.
